Our Fall 2008 Paddle Trips included . . .
Fall Flatwater Paddle on Tugaloo Lake, Tallulah Falls
Saturday, October 11th – 10 miles
Fee - $35 per boat
Enjoy fall colors on secluded pristine Tugaloo Lake, a Georgia Power mountain lake formed by the Tallulah and Chattooga rivers. Part of the lake is in the gorge--you can enjoy lovely waterfalls and also paddle to both of the rivers.
McIntosh Reserve Camping and Paddling
Saturday, October 25: 17 miles
Sunday, October 26: 8 miles
Fee - $55 per boat
Canoe one of the longest stretches of the Upper Chattahoochee still untouched by bridges and river-front development on this 20-mile paddle from McIntosh Reserve in Carroll County to the U.S. 27 Bridge in Franklin.
